Eclipse Restaurant & Barto confirm

Under the palenque's cathedral ceiling, Eclipse seats 40 for everyday meals and up to 200 for events. For two, there is a wildlife-viewing platform for candlelit dinners.

Local and international cuisine with locally sourced fish, chicken, pork, beef and produce. Herbs and vegetables come from the on-site garden, fruit from the hotel's own trees.

The lounge has couches, Adirondack chairs, darts and movie nights on a big screen.
